该项目是一座“隐形”别墅，它作为历史悠久的农场的附属建筑，以谦逊的姿态融入周围受保护的自然环境中。这座历史悠久的农场位于奥斯陆峡湾附近受保护的乡村，自维京时代以来就有人居住。Aa别墅是农场下一代家庭的居所，设计符合保护区规定、基地性质以及办公兼居住的用途。最终，设计团队打造出融于景观的“隐形”别墅，它不仅享有奥斯陆峡湾的美丽景色，而且兼具办公和居住区域。

与周围环境相联系

Connected to its surroundings


别墅顶部的绿色屋顶可以作为上层露台，较低的露台和花园则设有两处水景，东侧是泳池，西侧是小池子，其中小池子用来收集从屋顶和墙壁流下来的雨水以及种植水生植物。水池中的水与峡湾以相同的方式反射天空和光线，从视觉上联系了远处开阔的水域。

农场的混凝土谷仓启发该项目采用混凝土作为主要材料，应用于墙壁、地面、露台、楼梯间、台阶和水池。柱子和桁架是由钢材制成的，内部使用表面经过多道工序的木材，如涂漆和烟熏木材。室外的木板采用雪松制成，室内的地面采用抛光混凝土制成，并且一直延伸至室外露台。这将别墅与花园泳池区连接起来，模糊了室内外的界限。

办公与居住

Office and home


别墅的布局在正式和非正式功能之间创造了流动与联系，并结合了实用性和幸福感。主入口在建筑西北侧，位于从停车场切入地面的通道末端。次入口则是绿色庭院中的小型楼梯，它与可以用作办公室客房和健身室的房间相连。南立面几乎是全玻璃幕，这里不仅面向峡湾美景，并且通过露台侧滑动门与花园和室外相连。南侧，一间正式的客厅、厨房和三间主卧面向宽敞的室外空间；西侧，一间家庭居室同卫浴室形成轴线，轴线的尽头是小型接待室和办公区，该办公区同时兼做东向客房。此外，轴线上的所有房间都设有天窗，以获得自然采光。

The villa’s layout creates a flow and connection between formal and informal functions, and combines practicality and wellbeing. The main entrance is located on the north-west side of the building at the end of a pathway which is carved into the terrain from the parking lot. The second entrance is a small staircase with a green bright courtyard connected to a room which can be used as office guest room plus fitness room. The southern façade is almost a complete glass facade with fantastic views towards the fjord and large sliding sections towards the terrace connecting the villa with the garden and the outdoors. A formal living room, kitchen, and three primary bedrooms are facing the generous outdoor spaces. Facing west, a family living room is located on the same axis as bathroom and toilets ending in a smaller reception and office area which doubles as a guest room facing east. All rooms in this axis have skylights for natural lighting.
