About Bay Villa

Bay Villa, surrounded by a picturesque ancient olive grove and tucked into a protected nature reserve, overlooks the Aegean Sea and is within walking distance of Ligaries Beach. From the private parking area, guests enter the villa on the first floor.

Design: Bold Statement with Minimal Embellishment

The villa’s strong lines, gleaming white walls, and minimal embellishment make a bold statement. Huge, sliding doors bring the outdoors in, and expansive terraces invite guests to spend all day outside, enjoying the impressive views of the Greek mainland in the distance.

Open-Plan Living and Home Cinema

On the first floor is the open-plan kitchen and living space to the left, complete with a home cinema. Guests can lounge, dine, and take a dip in the L-shaped pool (15 x 4.25 metres/49.2 x 13.9 ft) with a chill-out zone.

Indulge in Luxury Bedrooms

The ground floor houses two master bedrooms and one junior bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The fourth junior bedroom also has a private bathroom. Surrounding the bedrooms are terraces – the perfect place to savor a morning coffee or evening cocktail.
