Originally built in 1953 by mid-century modern architect, Gregory Ain, the Feldman House has been completely renovated and updated.

The renovation, completed by Core Development Group, has transformed the home into a space that is perfect for entertaining.

The renovation kept the original floor plan, but included updated features like the infinity edge swimming pool.

There’s also an outdoor kitchen and lounge area.

Heading inside, there’s a foyer with views of the deck outside.

Next to the foyer is the living room that opens up to the deck.

There’s a more informal lounge and bar area.

At the end of the indoor lounge, there’s access to an outdoor lounge with fireplace.

Back inside, there’s a kitchen with a large island that’s big enough to seat five people.

The dining room has a table large enough to seat twelve people, and it opens out onto the deck.

Inside again, there’s a library, however, it’s set up as another sitting room.

The custom built bar makes this room perfect for entertaining.

Small green spaces and courtyards are featured throughout the home.

The two hallways seen below, connect the bedrooms and other areas of the home.

There’s a home office, with a private outdoor space.

Of course, no home in Beverly Hills would be complete without a home theater.

The master bedroom has a private outdoor patio, a see-through fireplace, and a small sitting area.

The master bathroom has its own little outdoor space, adding lots of natural light.
